WPFで文字化け調査ツールを作成
文字化けしたテキストファイルなんかをすぐにバイナリで見れるツールが欲しいと思ったので、作ってみました。
といっても、ただ単に指定した文字エンコードでファイルを読んで表示し、隣にバイナリを表示しているだけです。(役に立つのかな?)
